A Non-GMO cold-water-soluble powdered stabilizer that does not require boiling. It can used to make bakery icings and glazes especially for retail applications. Not well suited to packaging or merchandising. Helps to prevent premature breakdown, weeping and stickiness of icings and glazes.
For most retail or in-store bakery icings and glazes such as Doughnut Glaze, Doughnut Icings, Cup Cakes and Dessert Cakes where minimal packaging is used.
