For most-traditional recipes for Meringue Toppings, Marshmallow Fillings, Royal Icing and "7 Minute Frosting". Our Meringue Powder is Gluten-Free, safe from salmonella and certified Kosher.
Formulating icings & glazes with this cold water soluble powdered stabilizer requires the stabilizer to soak in cold water for 30 minutes to create a smooth syrup which is added to icing sugar to form the desired icing or glaze.
