An RTU (Ready-To-Use) rolling fondant for cake decorating, made with cocoa powder.
This rolled fondant contains processed (22/24%) cocoa powder. It can be rolled by hand or machine to create a smooth icing for all types of cakes. It can also be used for molding applications. It accepts flavourings such as mint, orange, etc.
