A boiling type powdered glaze for finishing Traditional Fruit Cake, Christmas Cake, etc.
A boiling type powdered glaze for finishing Traditional Fruit Cake, Christmas Cake, etc.
Typically used as a thin glaze to finish traditional Fruit Cakes that may have a plain surface or may have a dressing of nuts and dried/candied fruits. The glaze may be brushed or sprayed onto room temperature cakes.
ze powder is required to be boiling 10 minutes with water and additional sugar. Allow to dry thoroughly before wrapping.
